Effectivation
was established in 1986 to provide selling, consulting and
service skills training to information and knowledge-based
enterprises.
We train
sales, consulting and service people in consultative, professional skills that
improve their ability to see a situation, opportunity,
problem and future through the client's eyes, before telling
their 'story' or planning their strategy. Our training consists
of a number of workshops with proven methods, skills and tools
that will allow you to Find New Clients,
Make Consultative Sales Calls, Look at Accounts and Opportunities
Strategically, and Manage Sales Resources. These modules
can be combined to make workshops from one to five days
duration.
Our
skills training improves participants' relationship effectiveness
when they deal with clients, and also when they deal with
team-mates, alliance-mates and any internal people whose
support, co-operation or creativity they need.
Our training is conducted on an in-house, custom basis for
individual clients. Periodically we also run multi-client,
"public" workshops for companies who only have
a few individuals to train at that particular time.
